What we collect
When you reserve a ring, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number (optional), your ring configuration, and any reference image you upload for engraving. We use this solely to make and deliver your ring and to keep you informed about its progress.
Payments
Deposits and balances are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles payment information under its own security and privacy practices.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to communicate about your order: confirmations, progress updates, and delivery. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers needed to fulfil your order (payment, email delivery, image storage).
Your reference images
Images you upload for engraving are stored securely and used only to craft your ring. You can ask us to delete them at any time after your ring is delivered.
