The Process

Slow by design. A ring meant to last generations is not rushed.

  1. I

    Choose the form

    Begin with the silhouette — a bold men's signet or a refined women's band. This sets the character of the piece.

  2. II

    Choose the metal

    Select your metal: .950 fine silver (purer and brighter than ordinary sterling), gold & silver two-tone, 14k gold, or 18k gold.

  3. III

    Set the size

    Choose your US ring size. We confirm the fit with you before work begins — nothing is committed until you are certain.

  4. IV

    The signet — then reserve and receive

    Choose the Groton School crest (included) or your own custom mold (+$200). Optionally add an engraving of initials and a date. A $50 deposit reserves your ring and starts the work; the balance is due only when your ring is hand-finished and ready to deliver.
